Every year millions of dogs and cats of all ages and breeds are euthanized or suffer as strays. These high numbers are the result of the unplanned litters that could have been prevented by spaying o neutering.

Our Mission
To help provide food, shelter, medical care, and spay/neuter services to needy animals in St. Croix County and nearby communities.
SCAF Accomplishes this mission by offering our own direct service programs, as well as supporting local animal welfare organizations and clinics that provide foster care, medical care, and re-homing services. SCAF does not operate a shelter or other physical facility.
The geographic focus area for SCAF includes St. Croix, Pierce, Dunn, and Polk counties in south central Wisconsin.
