Description of Animal:
8 pounds. No collars or identification. He’s had surgery on his right hip, leaving him with mild limp. Surgery is called FHO which is visible with xrays.
Location animal was found/went missing:
Casper snuck out of our house in downtown Hudson Wi off 5th St & Locust.
