To help provide food, shelter, medical care, and spay/neuter services to needy animals in St. Croix County and nearby communities.
SCAF accomplishes this mission by offering our own direct service programs, as well as supporting local animal welfare organizations and clinics that provide foster care, medical care, and re-homing services. SCAF does not operate a shelter or other physical facility.
The geographic focus area for SCAF includes St. Croix, Pierce, Dunn, and Polk counties in south central Wisconsin.
- To promote responsible pet ownership and community involvement through education and spay/neuter programs
